New Variety Mango

It might not look like much, but to us it is revolutionary!! It is a new variety mango that we bought 2 years ago, in the hope that it would grow at out altitude 1500 meters above sea level, in Lusangazi.
This is the first fruit and it is a whopper.
Two reasons no for propagating it :
It's size and
The fact that it ripens later than the local variety means food at a time when most of our people are down to one mean a day. Of course in Malawi, its not really food but it will fill hungry bellies, at a time when things are at their worst.
Then when people are producing more mizw, it is a wonderfully nutritious fruit!
