Steam In a Cold, Cold Sky
This is a plant where ethanol is made from corn. I have driven by before, thinking it would make a good blip. Today, however, with temperatures -4 F, the steam was really impressive.
Today I drove to Kandiyohi, MN for the funeral of my Uncle Verlin. He is my Mom's older brother. A sad day, but as happens at these things, I had a good chance to visit with cousins that I don't see very often. Of course, we said we will get together again soon. Hopefully that will happen in 2014.
I stopped on my way home to take this photo near Atwater, MN. Now we are off to a New Years Eve celebration. Happy New Year everyone!
