Glowing Ice

I made an ice globe by putting water into a balloon and setting it outside. The idea is to let it partially freeze, let the water out and put a candle inside. I think this worked quite well. Unfortunately as I was trying to let the water out it slipped out of my hands and cracked. So I put it back out and it froze back together pretty good. Makes a pretty ice globe to set out on the front step.
