Happy New Year

Well the sore throat turned into a cold and I had to miss work today because of it. There's a lot of it about apparently. This is a sparkler - and an indoor one at that - but I did hear some real fireworks briefly around midnight before the dogs' barking drowned them out. Nowhere near as many as in recent years; all a bit subdued really.

Anyway, a very happy 2014 and may it bring all that you hope for :)
