Good-bye 2013

Our Christmas flowers are still looking good. These, in real life, are a brilliant yellow, but I played in Picasa and thought I'd just do this.

Tomorrow we will probably put Christmas to bed for another year. Our little tree still looks good though, so it's sort of a shame to kick it to the curb already.

Today, 44 years ago, Bill and I met for the first time on a blind date. Oh, to relive some of those years again. It would be fun. From there, looking up the road to this date seemed like an eternity, but from here, glancing over the shoulder to the thrilling days of yesteryear, seems but a moment.
