Merry Christmas

Christmas was obviously going to be different this year with all the family together and two small children in the house but many things remained the same. Baileys was offered for the morning coffees, presents and laughter was shared, surprises occurred. We had Christmas Dinner whilst Daniel and Emily napped. Delicious roast turkey and all the trimmings cooked up by The Brother-In-Law. Various people had various naps.

The Boy did a great job of entertaining his nephew, running around, playing silly games and giving all his energy! Once the kids were sleeping we had a leisurely evening of drinks and games. A card game that involved winning by not winning or at least predicting how well you would win. Later a game of New Market (maybe?), Rah had even bought chocolate coins to place our bets with, unfortunately with 7 adults in the house we also needed to substitute with other festive snacks.
