New Year's Day!

A good beginning... another bonfire to finish up the old wood and branches ... a lovely warmish row on very calm water, followed by at least 15 seals .... before it started to drizzle...... (we heard screams from the beach on Galiano at noon for the polar bear swim, but didn’t see it, and didn’t do it) had a nice catch up visit here with friends on the island.... Kirsten is making dinner :-) and we’re ready to tackle the story game again tonight. But I’m going to post this before 10 PM (yea!) - our son and family on our beach taken from our rowing boat with the iPhone! (They declined the idea of a swim!)
