Tragic Beginnings

Dramatic but tragic.

Our family was driving to meet my sister for a New Year’s brunch when we noticed this terrible event.

While many Americans were comfortably watching the Rose Bowl Parade, we were reminded of the misfortunes of those in our community.

Our prayers and hearts go out to those injured and affected. And to the 40+ plus engineers of the Minneapolis Fire Department, your brave fight in sub-zero weather was heroic beyond belief.

When you see something such as this, it is a meaningful reminder to count your blessings. We did such this entire New Year’s Day.
