Trying

As part of my adventure in photography for 2014 I thought I would try and capture motion. This is my first attempt based upon feeding time at the bird trough in my garden.

I think maybe I should have tried a subject that does not move so fast but I have to start somewhere. Slippery little critters they are and spent quite a while lying on the floor with my zoom lens and this is the best I got. They all escaped but were happy in the knowledge that it then took me quite a few minutes to get up. Teach me to impose on their outdoor dining.
