Floods.

It had rained constantly all day and by the looks of the flooding, most of the night last night too.
The sun was lovely this morning though so I donned my Wellies and took the dogs down the lane. The bridleway through the woods looked treacherous so, as the cows are now in sheds for the winter, we were able to use the footpath across the field but the bottom of the hill was flooded and I couldn't get to the stile. We had to walk back up the hill but Tia had a splash around in the floodwater first with Millie keeping firmly to the grass!
Walking back up the hill was quite tricky - it was very slippery!
It was nice to get out but I hope we're not flooded for long. :-)
