Foothills of the foothils

These little range of foothills sits at the foothills (La Rincon) of the Sandia Mountains. This time of year they are spot-lighted by the sun as it comes over the Sandias while the rest of the mountains stays in shadows.

Today I am grateful for the day I was given, time with the baby, friends and getting chores done.
