Lenzie jog/ Hearts and Balls

This is a regular event for our rugby team at this time of year. It is a good excuse for the boys to blow off some cobwebs and loosen the expandable Holister pants and think about getting back to normality. This year we were joined by some of the mini players, coaches and parents. It always is good to see everyone after the celebrations and it really is a good community event allowing everyone to meet and greet each other. This year there were over 400 participants runners ,walkers (and a recent hip replacement participant), who ran, skipped walked and pushed buggies around the courses. Our merry band made their way round and we counted them all out and back in again in their various races. Both "E" and "I" felt better after their run though I am not sure if they will feel the same tomorrow! I think the cause was a wee bit closer this year to our hearts due to the fright "E" had given us in December, thankfully it was not worse, it is a sport that both the boys love and were happy to raise funds for, if you feel like donating a pound to a great cause our page can be found in our Gavin's name, here: Lenzie jog/ Hearts and Balls
