The Last Cracker

It takes nearly two weeks off work and near total inaction before I start addressing the areas of the house that do not have regular* attention and instead build up over a longer period of time. I am too embarrassed to tell you what areas these are in detail, cleaning the kitchen floor may be one of them. Anyway, a very productive day of clearance, tidying, chucking out, filing and, err, mopping. And we took the Christmas tree down and polished. Really, if you are planning on visiting us, make it soon so you can get the benefit.

I have a weather question. When it rains, why is the rain all of a sudden of biblical proportions? Massive fat drops and millions of them.

Right, that was my last Friday off, from next week I will be working. And fulfilling my news year resolution of getting a cleaner.....
