Changeable Weather

I was sitting in the kitchen this morning, eating breakfast, with the rain lashing against the window. My assumption was that there was little likelihood of an interesting sunrise.

It was only as I started my drive to work that I noticed a small window of clear sky in the otherwise heavy cloud. Within another 15 minutes there seemed to be more clear sky than cloud. I ended up near this tree, which I have blipped before, but in completely different conditions. Almost as soon as the clouds cleared they started to bank up again from the left and 15 minutes after taking this shot the rain was again lashing down against a window, this time at my office.
