Winter Tree

I have photographed this tree previously last winter but in very different weather conditions when there was sunlight on the Lammermuirs Hills behind. Today as you can see from the road surface there was rain around with a fast changing skyscape as clouds scudded across with the occasional patch of blue. It's a tree whose shape and position I love, so no doubt it will not be our last encounter.
