Catching Some Sun!

...after the storm. We ended up with 2 feet of fluffy white stuff and blustery cold temps promising to dip below 0. How lucky for the birds who were able to bask in some sun during a good part of the day. There was the blue jay and a cardinal lurking in the trees also, but this was my prize today... just soakin in that sunshine way up in the tree.

The driveway is plowed out and all is well. Staying in and keeping warm! Enjoy the weekend everyone!

The southern coast of New England has been hard hit by the storm. Three high tides and enormous waves have flooded streets and homes and everything is icing over as it crashes over sea walls and is rushing through the streets. Ice covered buildings and homes are looking like ice castles along the beach. Prayers for all to be safe as they deal with mother nature once again!
