I'll bee off then.
I think this is a nomia bee, Family Halictidae, Nomiinae (it has a striped abdomen that you can't really see in this image).
An Australian native bee, about 8 to 10 mm long – much smaller than a honey bee. I sometimes see them with their lower abdomens and legs so covered in pollen that they look very unbalanced and I'm amazed they can still fly.
