Some Colour

Overnight the wind dropped and the rain stopped in Edinburgh. We watched the weather forecast this morning and thought that we might go out of the city to North Berwick. It looked as though we might grab a gap in what look like a relentless weekend of rain, with dry weather there until mid afternoon. No sooner did we open the door than the rain started in Edinburgh. It ran slightly ahead of us until we reached Gullane where we stopped for lunch. Things improved - it stopped raining - but it was dreich. We reached North Berwick. It was cold, damp and grey. Little colour could be found. I wandered around seeking blips and this was what I found.
