Serendipity
My daughter and I were just driving along this afternoon out in the county minding our own business when she spotted this little fellow in a field by the road. “There’s a blip!”, she said as she changed direction at the first opportunity and went back so we could take pictures. He had a friend who was also sunning himself on top of the pen; both were talking loudly. Hard to say what the conversation was about but they were definitely expressing an opinion about something important to goats.
This sort of thing is probably not a foreign concept to blippers, right? You spot something and have to change plans/directions, get the camera out and go for it. That’s reason #4 why I love blipping – you see the world differently, notice things that would otherwise go unnoticed and end up having experiences that make memories, even little ones. I’ll go into the other reasons some other time.
Happy blipping everybody.
