Challenge: Seat

This morning I got out of my SEAT and went for my first run on the year. I doubled my usual length to make up for all the food and alcohol I drank and ran down to Leazes Park. It was another gorgeous morning on Tyneside but my back is killing me now. Anyone want to put my Christmas tree out for me?

I've just realised there are actually people on seats around the water's edge, making the blip a little less tenuous.
