Tequilla
Set out to Lupe Pintos to buy some tequilla to make a pibil. Sadly I forgot that it was the second of January and lots of places were still shut. Fortunately Vino came to the rescue after trying Provenance and Villeneuve. A large mix of pork shoulder and pork belly was roasted very slowly for five hours and was exceedingly delicious.
After all the festivities, travel and shopping over the past few days the rest of my time was pretty much spent on the sofa playing FIFA 13 and watching the last few episodes of the second series of Continuum (hotting up nicely as well).
