Bag o' birdies

These lovely little guys were on the Christmas tree in my bedroom (along with golden acorns) and now they're in a polybag, in a box, in my summerhouse. It took far too long to get the decorations down today. I don't like that job and I don't like how everywhere look bare afterwards.

Good news of the day is that my friend's injuries aren't life threatening. She won't be playing hockey anytime soon though. She sees the neurosurgeon tomorrow and hopefully he/she will confirm it is only (!) broken bones to worry about.
