Starting Work

An early, albeit still an emergency blip. This was just after I walked into my work office this morning. As most of you will realise I like mornings, they are my most productive time of the day but on this occasion I needed to be in the office rather than out capturing a sunrise.

In the end despite a fair amount of clear sky the sunrise was nothing special. Certainly not like yesterday's. Did anyone else marvel at the similarity of the clouds above us in various parts of the country? Or was it the same cloud?

I believe they were Altocumulus Stratiformus clouds, which are usually between 3,000 and 7,000 metres high so I very much doubt it was thr same cloud. Still they put up one heck of a display.
