Through the hole

Yes, it's a slow news day today and bliportunities have been few and far between.

It was back to work today. A series of very good staff development sessions have meant it has been highly productive.

I've seen my doctor after work and he wants an armful of blood from me for testing. We are getting there I think. Actually I know we are getting there.

Tonight I've been to a meeting about our half marathon, which sees its 50th staging in June.

The blip is fall back subject tonight. I never tire of looking at my Olympic Torch. Tonight I got up close and blipped through one of the holes.

I promise not to blip the blood tests tomorrow!
