Downton Abbey Premiere Dinner

The US premiere of season 4 was the perfect excuse to try some of the recipes from the unofficial Downton Abbey cookbook. And get all dressed up of course!
We organized (and survived) a 7-course meal so delicious but decadent and rich that I'm now seriously wondering how Lady Mary, or anyone living at the Abbey, would not suffer a heart attack before their 40th birthday.
