Stripped

What a difference 24 hours makes. Last night twinkling and colourful. Tonight bare and needleless. I always find 12th night a challenge as the warmth and spices of the festive season give way to the routine.

Still, tomorrow brings a busy day in the life of the Children and Young People Bill as Stage 2 progresses and the key provisions of the Bill about Getting it right for every child are scrutinised and the amendments I highlighted previously on 11 December are debated.
