Not the moon !

Managed not to take a photo during daylight hours so when son told me the moon was out I decided that would be an OK shot as it some time since my last moon photo. By the time I got out it had clouded over and even rained some mor, so instead of the moon, this is a photo of a streetlamp reflected in a puddle late at night.

Not the real thing, but a substitute. I wonder how often we have to make do with a substitute because we are just too slow in reacting when an opportunity arises.

That aside, I was quite pleased with the effect which was taken with an ipad in pretty poor lighting conditions.
