Taking in the Sea View

Having had a horrible night last night where I failed at an attempted overdose, hardly sleeping and waking this morning feeling just as bad I phoned the dr. Had a chat over the phone and then got an appointment for an hour later.

I have several options which I have to think about, but in the mean time I have diazepam to take for a week .

I went for a walk afterwards to get some air.
