Aversion to bright lights!

I have had the worst headache today. I'm currently tucked up on the sofa, having taken some paracetamol, under a cozy blanket and trying to hide from the flashing lights on TV. I've even had to dim the brightness on the ipad to the lowest possible setting. Hope it passes quickly.
