Well I think so anyway :-)
For at least a week now the Union flag hasn't been flying over the BoS HQ on the Mound.
I've googled it and all I can find is a reference to back in 2012 when some anarchists (Ha! I love that name :-))replaced it with a red and black one.
Maybe its not political at all and has just been taken down for cleaning or maintenance.
