Who's that on the telly?

These dark nights don't offer much of an opportunity on the way home for an interesting shot. This one, with its listless ennui, vaguely reminded me of the Edward Hopper painting 'Nighthawks'. A very tenuous link I admit, but these are desperate times.

The television is an obvious attraction for those on their own as their eyes are inexorably drawn to it rather than watching their reflection in the window stare back at them.

No prize for knowing what the programme on the television is but it is bound to be Pointless.
