Chocolate Rolls

Our friends took us to Casa Oaxaca, an excellent restaurant where we have never eaten. The young waiters were attentive, friendly and funny, the food was exceptional, and the company was perfect!
This dessert was called Rollitos de Chocolate or "Little rolls of chocolate."
The rolls were made of thin chocolate, one filled with a chocolate almond filling and the other with a creme de guanabana. Guanabana is called soursop in English (doesn't gwa-NA-ba-na sound much better than soursop?). It's a large green kind of funky looking fruit, white inside with big brown seeds, and it is quite delicious.
Technically not a good photo, but maybe your salivary glands will respond!
