Tonight was the first night back to first aid class. The kids were mostly in good form and we had a lively discussion about treating impalement and amputation!

In my introduction I recapped the composition and function of blood. I noted, by way of example of the size of red blood cells, that I have 38.5 trillion RBC's - enough for each person in the world to have 5,500 of them (if you could get them out and I didnt mind giving them away). LT said I should tweet such "interesting" facts.....

Got home to find LK ensconced on the sofa, getting ripped into the worrying backlog on our Sky+ box.
