Silver Lining

They say every cloud has one and on this occasion the wet weather provided some flooded fields for the foregound in this shot.



I had hoped there would be a spectacular sunset but the clouds melted away as the sun went down. I had got in the car intending to drive to a place that I thought would show the sunset nicely but I passed these fields where the river Alne had burst its banks only a couple of hundred metres from home.
