Healthy Gifts

Always nice when an old friend visits especially when they brings gifts looking like this to share, thats what happened at work today. The strawberries were as big as your palm, i've done an online shop tonight and it has now included lots of yummy fruit.
Tonight is quiz night with some great company, so wish me luck, 2013 headlines is one subject, then its a day off Friday and Sunday, but as i've been promptly reminded by my nephew that i've not taken him out for the day in a long long time. i've agreed that we will spent the day together Sunday.
