Goldfinch

Woke up this morning and almost smiled when i saw what a pleasant day it was, no rain and blue skies. I've been desperate to get out in the fresh air for a decent walk and it didn't disappoint. Although as my hunters have now developed a tear i did have to put a plastic bag as a inner protection.
I was also delighted to see this goldfinch enjoying the teasel , the last time i tried to photograph one of these my camera packed up.
