River Thames at Pangbourne

Some months ago I mentioned that my friend had split up from her husband. On Christmas eve she moved into her new flat but most of her belongings didn't arrive until yesterday. Today I went to help her unpack a bit - a mammoth task considering she left a 4 bedroom detached house for a 2 bedroomed flat ( and she has slight hoarding tendencies!). At least I helped her make a start on it.
This is the fantastic view from her sitting room. The boats in the middle are in fact on the far bank of the river and the 2 bits of river beyond that are fields. I should imagine that it is one of those views that looks different every time you look at it. I cant wait to see it covered in snow.
