Taco Thursday!

So my pic-a-day blog has only been up a week or so and I've already dedicated two days to tacos. Here in the Knowles house we all know who reigns supreme as the ethnic food king... Good ole sombrero laden, tortilla eating, guerrilla war loving Mexico. When in doubt of what to eat? Tacos. So last night we both worked late so it was not a cooking night. Instead we busted out the coupon book and headed over to Los toros. We always go to the same restaurants and since we are new to the area our selection is very limited. Instead I forced some adventure and we tried a new place. And just for the record that's a daring move, Mexican can turn from glorious to "I think these refried beans were made with lard and the sweat from Pablo's armpits" real fast. Luckily Pablo wasn't the one cooking our dinner and we will add this place to the favorites list. Plus their beer comes in frozen cups, any little thing to make moldy liquid bread taste a little less noticeable is much appreciated.
