Playing hookie

So instead of work today I decided to not go and instead hang out with the family. I woke up this morning and studied for a little while. Then I texted Christi to ask if I could come over and play with Owen. Turns out I went to her with her church group event called "Apple Trees". It ended up being a pretty cool group, we had a cooking lesson and then a little bible study on submission. It made me think, so that is always a good thing. We ate lunch there and left around 1. I went over to her house and got to play outside with Owen for awhile. Christi had to leave to go see her friend have a baby so I got to snuggle with owen on the couch until Ryan came home. Then jimmy and I got to go to Panera for dinner with a gift card we got over Christmas, and come home and sleep! I'm such an old fuddy duddy, I just like to go to sleep before 9 ok! Don't judge, you'd do it too if you could. I'm enjoying my child free life for as long as my husband will allow.
