Last day in Taipei
And it's 3-0 to the jet lag!!!
Up early again and off out another long walk around the city. This time we stumbled across Longshan Temple which was really cool and very interesting. The place was stinking of incense sticks and burning candles.
Then it was a quick MRT to Taipei 101 for the third time. We were expecting just to get a lift to the top have a look around and then down. It turned out to take a little longer and was extremely interesting. The building broke all sorts of records when it was opened in 2004 and still holds a few to date. The weather was pretty bad for photographs, but it was 10 times better than yesterday.
When we reached the bottom I decided to get some sushi as I really started to like it in America( I used to get free tasters from the supermarket). I didn't mind the flavour, but I need to get to grips with chopsticks as I just looked like a dafty (more than usual). After lunch we went a walk round a supermarket getting free tasters again. Highlights include herbal tea, almond milk tea and pineapple cake.
Had a massive chill out before heading out to another night market. Just had a wee munch the night consisting of the tastiest spring rolls I have ever had. Up early for our flight to Kuala Lumpur in the morning.
