Water of Leith

Woke after 11hrs sleep last night, had breakfast then slept for another 1.5hrs.
Felt a bit all over the place and needed to get outside. Especially after self harming again.

It was a lovely sunny day so decided on a walk along my favourite bit of The Water of Leith. Spotted the light on the water and thought it was a street light but I think it was the sun.

My walk was cut short with a phone call from mum to say she was waiting for an ambulance for Grandma. Downhill from there.
