E-Tea-Ket

Since I have gone totally off coffee and become obsessed with tea I visited E-Tea-Ket on recommendation. A nice tea shop with a multitude of teas to choose from. I chose the Crème Caramel Rooibos tea and it was lovely. All their tea is loose and comes with a filter and egg timer.

I didn’t last as long as I had wished to, as after an emotional and hard session this morning I realised it was the wrong place to be. Came home quite agitated, took a diazepam and had a sleep.
I have a feeling it’s not going to be a great night. The safest way is to take another diazepam and sleep through it.
