Winter woods

Beautiful day today, blue skies, not too cold. The park was very busy, saw lots of dogs, lots of kids on bikes, many happy dogs, 5 ponies, 12 highland cattle and 2 ferrets (one in a bag, one on a lead - wish I'd had the nerve to ask if I could photograph it). I also saw some daffodil shoots emerging.

This, however, is the beech trees in the North woods.
