Taco Truck

I love taco trucks for many reasons. They are colorful, provide great food and I'm mildly obsessed with step vans of all kinds. Maybe they remind me of the trucks that used to deliver milking machine parts to the farm I grew up on. I always dreamed about the itinerant life in a fully loaded step van, or small bus. Self sufficient and off to see the wonders of the world. Travels with Charley? Roaming the country from place to place, meeting new people and hearing their stories. Learning about the things that give them hope and a reason to believe at the end of every hard earned day.

More than just fast food joints on wheels. Tacos carne asada and a lot of daydreaming.
