Three Oranges

I had hoped that I wouldn't reach this point, or at least not so soon. The dreaded "I had such a busy day I didn't have time for a shot until Blip reminded me via text..." kind of day. But it's here, a shot of 3 oranges sitting on my kitchen counter. These oranges are deceptively good looking - nice and round, juicy and great color. The hidden truth is that they are tart and nobody wants to eat them. The guy at the store assured us they would be fantastic. Maybe I was expecting fresh from the tree fantastic, or something. Oh well. Here's to a better photo tomorrow and better oranges next time.
