Burning Again

A fabulous morning; up early (ish) to see red sky and frosty garden. Sue had a quick game of ball with the boys but they were not keen on cold paws.
Back to clearing the bottom corner of the garden, managed to flatten out the piles of soil but now need to spread them out more evenly and use some to fill up the low points in the lawn. This will mess up the lawn until the new grass grows but its worth it to get rid of the puddles.
Sue brought out coffee and home made coconut cake about midday. Sat down in the orchard for a break, in the sunshine and remembered again just how lucky I am with my life.
Perfect Day
