Crystals

This is more like it - very cold and dry - although a bit of sunshine would have made all the difference.

Here you have the effect of frost on bits of bracken on the forest floor. I love the way macro photography lets you in on nature's secrets. The angular shapes of the frost crystals were just not noticeable with the naked eye.
