The girl in the horn rimmed gkasses

Arya stayed overnight last night and slept until 0945.
Yay!
After breakfast, she sat down and started painting, drawing and writing out words.
Her 2 favourite words at the moment are ' contagious' and ' pumpkin'.
She is 5.
Brilliant at spelling and, despite only having started school in summer last year, she regularly receives certificates for high achievement for grade 2 in math and reading.

But she is still a normal five year old, moaning when I asked her to put on my glasses, but still posing quite happily. Sulking because we didn't let let her get sweets directly after her lunch and her ice cream. And finally throwing a strop when asked to take her case up to her room on arrival home.
