Circle of life

A friend of mine drew this picture and gave me one for Christmas. I love it and looking at it makes me think about the circle of life and how short time we really have. So we better make the most of it.

Related to this I spent some time today with my sister and we talked about mindfulness and the art of living in the present among other things. A healthy reminder every now and then to be present in your own life and enjoy it. Life is fickel so make the most of it.
