So today didn't go quite as planned and instead of having a day somewhere slightly different and doing slightly different things we ended up coming home!
It was a beautiful blue sky sunny day. Jewelz and I headed out for a walk about 3:30ish (a little fed up that I'd missed the best of the blue sky), and it seemed to get dark very early! We were not half way into our walk when it was already dark! In saying that when I keep stopping to take photos and Jewelz is in a walk very slow mode it's quite easy to end up in the dark!

I ended up having some fun using my flash (just the little pop up on the camera) to highlight different lines of trees in the dark.
We got home around 6 and after dinner headed out to see some friends. :)

I am thankful for my best friends company on my walk today. :0)
